Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ensure safety and tidiness throughout the garage, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards
- Handle customer concerns and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
- Perform regular vehicle maintenance, including oil and filter changes, lubrications, and tire rotations, to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Inspect vehicles for safety-related issues, identifying and addressing potential problems before they become major concerns
- Collaborate with other technicians to discuss and advise on the diagnostic and repair process, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Follow dealership policies and procedures, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
- At least 2 years of experience as a technician for a dealership or related auto industry organization
- ASE certification is highly desirable
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude
- Knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to safety and environmental protection
- High school diploma or equivalent
