Overview:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients' customers, addressing inquiries related to their accounts. Your ability to actively listen and leverage your customer service expertise will be essential in fulfilling their needs and providing an exceptional experience in every interaction.

In this position, you will assist customers with their account-related issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online inquiries, while ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address all tolling and administrative customer inquiries by utilizing knowledge gained during training and available resources.
  • Identify customer needs to provide accurate and comprehensive information.
  • Process necessary transactions using mainframe or web-based applications.
  • Submit research requests clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of company and client programs, policies, and technologies.
  • Communicate in a warm and empathetic manner.
  • Adhere to confidentiality regulations to ensure information is shared only with authorized individuals.
  • Support other roles during peak workloads or staff absences.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Must complete a customer care assessment.
