Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Material Compliance Professional, der sich auf das Management von Gefahrstoffen und Umweltfragen spezialisiert hat. Der Kandidat wird Teil unseres Teams sein und sich auf die Aufrechterhaltung der Prozesse zur Einführung, Handhabung und Schutz von und vor Gefahrstoffen auf Grundlage bestehender europäischer und internationaler Rechtsvorschriften konzentrieren.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten- Unterstützung und Beratung im Bereich Umweltmanagement mit dem Schwerpunkt Gefahrstoffe bei der Aufrechterhaltung der Prozesse zur Einführung, Handhabung und Schutz von und vor Gefahrstoffen.
- Arbeit mit der Arbeitssicherheit und dem Produktmanagement zusammen, um die Sicherheit und Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeiter und Kunden zu gewährleisten.
- Sicherstellung des systematischen Gefahrstoffmanagements und Gewährleistung des sicheren Umgangs mit Gefahrstoffen an unseren Standorten in Bremen und Hamburg.
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Material Compliance Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung.
- Beratung der Firmenleitung und der verantwortlichen Vorgesetzten in Fragen des Inverkehrbringens, der Beschaffung, Lagerung und Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen sowie der Festlegung der betrieblichen Schutzmaßnahmen.
- Führung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen für Tätigkeiten mit Gefahrstoffen durch und Veranlassung von Substitutionsprüfungen.
- Koordinierung der Führung des Gefahrstoffverzeichnisses durch die Anwender mit Hilfe eines Standardprogramms und Zuständigkeit für die Klassifizierung (gemäß CLP, ADR usw.) unserer Produkte.
- Sicherstellung der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Betriebsanweisungen gemäß § GefStoffV mit Hilfe des Standardprogramms.
- Durchführung von Unterweisungen nach GefStoffV.
- Teilnahme an ASA- und Beauftragtentreffen und Entwicklung der vorhandenen Managementsysteme für den Zuständigkeitsbereich weiter.
- Wirken bei der fachgerechten Auswahl der persönlichen Schutzausrüstung mit.
- Überwachung der Wirksamkeit der Sicherheits- und Schutzmaßnahmen bei Lagerung, Handhabung und Entsorgung im Rahmen von Audits.
- Organisierung der fachgerechten Entsorgung von gefährlichen Abfällen.
- Wirken bei der Organisation des Gefahrgutprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Gefahrgutbeauftragten.
- Erstellung des jährlichen Gefahrstoffberichts.
- Wirken an Vorhaben im Rahmen der Bruker Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie mit.
- Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, Umwelttechnologie, der technischen Chemie oder Biologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Kenntnisse der europäischen und internationalen Gesetzgebung hinsichtlich Chemikalien und Biostoffen.
- Erste Berufserfahrung im produzierenden Gewerbe, vorzugsweise innerhalb eines international agierenden Unternehmens.
- Bereitschaft zur Organisation und Umsetzung des Gefahrstoffmanagements und der Biostoffverordnung.
- Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft bzw. zum Gefahrstoffbeauftragten ist von Vorteil.
- Kenntnisse Umweltmanagementsystemen gemäß ISO 14001 und zum Abfallmanagement sind von Vorteil.
- Erfahrung bei der Nutzung von Datenbanksystemen zum betrieblichen Gefahrstoffmanagement (z.B. Quentic) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und persönliche Belastbarkeit.
- Bereitschaft zum gelegentlichen Reisen.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
