Key Responsibilities
  • Phone Support: Answer phone calls in a timely manner, put accounts on test, check history, and problem-solve.
  • Cancellation Requests: Process cancellation requests per established processes.
  • Scheduling: Schedule service tickets and dispatch technicians, as well as schedule inspection jobs and add reports to Building Reports.
  • Payment Processing: Take payments for invoices over the phone.
  • Billing and Service Disputes: Research and process billing and service disputes.
  • Data Entry: Answer email requests and perform data entry required to complete the requests, scan and attach emails to the account.
  • New Accounts: Enter new accounts for dealers and verify dispatch numbers, double-check for accuracy.
  • Projects: Handle various projects for managers as they come up.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or telecommunications environment.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, proficiency in using relevant software for customer support.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
