The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in government contracting and a solid understanding of contract management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site contract management and compliance advice to ensure alignment with company policies, laws, and customer requirements.
  • Track and monitor contract changes, deliverables, and risks to mitigate potential issues.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management processes to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business units, and legal to ensure contract compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate contract status, compliance, and modifications to stakeholders.
  • Escalate unresolved contract issues to leadership for timely resolution.
  • Implement contract management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Background:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of contract management experience, including 3 years in federal government contracting.
  • Strong understanding of US federal contracting principles, FAR, and DFARS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with public safety agencies, advanced degree, familiarity with VAARS, and specialized subject matter expertise.
  • This position requires U.S. Citizenship.
