EPC Contracts Manager

At Energix North America, we are seeking an experienced EPC Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are drafted, negotiated, and executed in accordance with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare RFPs for clients and commercial bids
  • Bid leveling and comparisons
  • Contract negotiations and buyout
  • Developing and presenting project proposals
  • Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
  • Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
  • Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
  • Managing construction schedules and budgets
  • Attending site meetings to monitor progress
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
  • Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
  • Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client's own representatives
  • Overseeing invoicing
  • Manage contract renewals, change orders, etc
  • Maintain accurate bidding and contract records
  • Mitigate organizational contract risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or 4 year degree
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
