Contracts Manager

AECOM is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to support our Federal Contracts Team. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote scheduling. The ideal candidate will be based in, but not limited to, Arlington, VA; Washington, DC; or Germantown, MD.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer US Federal contracts and subcontracts where AECOM is the subcontractor.
- Collect, enter, maintain, and analyze data in support of various reports, databases, and ad hoc requests.
- Interface with other contract managers and senior members of the department on contractual record keeping, database maintenance, process improvement initiatives, and other items required to support the contract administration function.
- Provide administrative support and additional tasks as necessary.
- Serve as the primary project interface with the client's contracting official where designated.
- Review and approve the application of accurate contract rate data in the preparation of proposal and contract information.
- Develop the negotiation strategy and plan, and lead contract negotiations with the client in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of Federal Contract administration experience or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-10 years of experience in a related field.
- One of the Following National Contract Management Association certifications: CFCM or CPCM.
- Working knowledge of SharePoint 2016/O365 SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Salesforce.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
