Job Title: Contracts Manager

U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract life cycle, from pre-award to closeout, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure effective contract administration and compliance.
  • Review and analyze contracts, including NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontractors, to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
  • Provide contractual guidance and support to business leaders, including advising on contractual obligations and risks.
  • Participate in proposal preparation, reviewing contract terms and risks, and assisting with cost and pricing.
  • Ensure proper acquisition and fulfillment of contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of direct experience with federal government contracting.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with regulations that govern contracts, including FAR and CAS.
  • Experience with all contract types, including fixed price, T&M, cost reimbursable, hybrids, government-wide acquisition contracts, GSA Schedules, and IDIQs.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide contractual regulatory guidance and ensure contract compliance.
  • Management experience, including collaborating and guiding internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships across multiple disciplines.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills to research and solve problems and mitigate risks.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan effectively, meet deadlines, and coordinate the involvement of others.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism, including dealing with sensitive and proprietary contractual information.
