Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiology team in Denver, CO.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with board-certified Heart Failure Cardiologists to build a pre-eminent Heart Failure Program in Colorado.
- Practice at our Cardiology clinic and Saint Joseph Hospital, working with stage 3 and 4 heart failure patients to ensure medication compliance, monitoring dietary and lifestyle changes, and regular follow-ups.
- Work a combination of outpatient clinic consults and follow-ups, as well as inpatient rounding and consults.

- Graduate from an accredited Physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensed as an NP or PA in the state of CO or able to obtain.
- DEA and full prescriptive authority in CO or able to obtain.
- BLS and ACLS required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in a cardiology setting.
- Experience in a Heart Failure program, highly desired.
