About the Role:
The Higheredmilitary College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Registrar and Curriculum Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our academic operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the College Registrar, Assistant Registrar, and Director of the Veterinary Curriculum.
- Manage student records, including course enrollment, add/drop processes, grading, and record management.
- Coordinate the collection and compilation of course materials, including revised texts for the annual update of the Courses of Study.
- Manage student opportunity block program applications, including approvals, routing to faculty, clinic scheduling, and enrollment.
- Coordinate final grading and clinical grading, ensuring accuracy and proper procedures.
- Assist with degree completion and licensure processes.
Requirements:
- Associates degree with 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational and data management skills.
- Experience handling difficult situations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Capability to multitask, self-direct, and exercise judgment.
- Enthusiasm to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various technological platforms, including Zoom, MS Access, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a registrar's office.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft and Image Now.
