Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Support Technician I to provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients. This role involves working directly with end users to ensure their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Requirements
  1. Proficient in the installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and their associated peripherals along with relevant software.
  2. Capable of executing onsite updates, configuration modifications, and software installations.
  3. Experience in performing bulk Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes (MACDs).
  4. Ability to deliver technical support and setup during significant events such as conferences.
  5. Provide hands-on technical assistance to end users on-site.
Essential Responsibilities
  1. Possess a BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Have three to five years of experience in service delivery and troubleshooting network hardware and software configurations.
  3. Familiarity with various desktop systems, operating systems, and diverse technical environments.
  4. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and effective verbal communication.
  5. Experience supporting Windows and MAC operating systems, MS Office, VPN, local and network printing, and mobile device services such as ActiveSync.
  6. Ability to install and troubleshoot a wide array of applications.
  7. Prior experience in a financial services environment is preferred.
  8. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.
