Job Summary

Talent Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Nursing Officer (Psychiatric) to lead our Nursing Services Department. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for directing all nursing services and ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the provision of 24-hour nursing services for our facility, ensuring seamless operations and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Review and evaluate the effectiveness of all nursing programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Establish and maintain methods for evaluating nursing care practices, developing new programs and modifying existing ones to meet the evolving needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with our CEO to develop long-term and short-term facility projects, goals, and objectives for Nursing Services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing; Master's Degree in psychiatric nursing or a related field is required.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in nursing administration and/or dedicated leadership experience in psychiatric nursing.
  • Additional skills:
    • Thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, Medicare, OSHA regulations, and all other state and federal regulatory standards.
    • Completion of CPR certification and CPI training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting with restraining procedures.
