Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Nursing Officer to join our team at Other Executive. As a key member of our leadership team, the Chief Nursing Officer will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring that our nursing services meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing directors and supervisors to ensure that our nursing services are delivered in a safe and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our nursing services are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our nursing services are compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff to ensure that they are meeting the highest standards of excellence.
  • Develop and implement education and training programs to ensure that nursing staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our nursing services are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our nursing services are meeting the highest standards of excellence.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN license in the state of residence/practice.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare organization.
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and enhancing the overall quality of care.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to ensure compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CENP or NEA certification.
  • Experience in a comprehensive tertiary healthcare facility.
  • Strong labor relations background.
