Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Wealth Client Experience Analyst. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing emerging capabilities in the wealth management industry to drive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of value propositions for each client segment and capability
  • Conduct research on competitive advantages and collaborate with subject matter experts to establish differentiated operating models
  • Create effective communications and facilitate message integration into the overall client experience program
  • Leverage client engagement feedback to refine segment strategy, value proposition, and sales and service model
  • Partner with other lines of business and enterprise teams to ensure a graduated client experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business discipline
  • Executive communication skills, including research and presentation development
  • Strategic planning and project management experience
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders
  • 7 years of experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management
  • Advanced degree or certification (MBA, CFA, PhD, or other financial services designations)
