Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Associate to join our High Net Worth team. As a Client Service Associate, you will serve as the liaison between our clients and Financial Advisors, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities- New Client Onboarding
- Ensure accurate completion of prospect/new client paperwork and setup
- Follow up on funds transfer from surrendering companies
- Maintain CRM-Salesforce database
- Research and follow up on any issues with the Broker/Dealer, Wealth Enhancement Group Operations, and vendors
- Record incoming assets to the appropriate blotting tool
- Client Relationship Management
- Engage with clients to understand their personal history and current financial needs
- Prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requests, determine what needs to be done, and communicate with the advisor or handle issue resolution, including death claim processing
- May work with clients' tax or legal counsel on client concerns
- Client Review Prep and Follow Up
- Gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews
- Conduct tax research (1099s)
- Complete any follow-up needs for clients
- Industry/Company Knowledge
- Demonstrate knowledge and accurately execute against WEG's Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model
- Understand financial terminology and products
- Working proficiency with annuities, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, fixed income, stocks, options, alternative investments, hedge funds, and charitable giving practices
- Attend Client Services and company educational events
- Team and Corporate Support
- Assist Advisor Team Operations to streamline processes
- Complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes
- Communicate process and sales updates to the team
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience specifically in client servicing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Orion Advisor experience preferred
- Organization skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workflow and projects; able to work with deadlines and be flexible under pressure
- Flawless recording of buys/sells and other key data within Salesforce
- Demonstrated industry and product knowledge
