Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Firearms Assembly Technician to join our team at General Manufacturing, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for various finishing stages of firearm production, including laser engraving, sandblasting, tumbling, deburring, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laser Engraving and Sandblasting: Operate and maintain laser engraving equipment with precision and accuracy, ensuring the correct application of serial numbers, logos, and other markings on firearm components.
  • Tumbling and Deburring: Perform tumbling procedures to achieve the desired finish on firearm parts, and conduct deburring operations to ensure smooth surfaces and eliminate sharp edges.
  • Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble rifle scope and muzzle break parts into the finished product, and inspect parts for quality and precision after deburring processes.
  • Inventory Management and Shipping/Receiving: Assist with inventory tracking of both parts and assembled products, and ensure accurate documentation and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude and Hard Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to focus on details and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the job is critical.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with laser engraving, sandblasting, tumbling, deburring, assembling, or shipping is preferred, as well as knowledge of gun accessories.
