Job Overview

Carolina Industrial Staffing is in search of skilled and dependable individuals for an Electrical Assembly Specialist role. This position is a first shift opportunity, typically operating from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The starting pay for this role is $18 per hour, with the potential for occasional overtime. This is a temporary position with a strong focus on transitioning to a full-time, permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Qualified candidates should possess solid experience in the following areas:

  • Assembly of electrical components, including wiring harnesses, lights, sensors, etc.
  • Utilization of basic hand tools
  • Fundamental wiring skills
  • Ability to read schematics and blueprints
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuitry
Requirements

Applicants must be able to successfully complete a drug test and a criminal background check, and must be eligible to work in the U.S.
