Product Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Product Design Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely product designs using SolidWorks 3D software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing new products and continuous design improvements of existing equipment
  • Responsible for designing with cost in mind and serving as a liaison between fab and assembly by resolving any issues that surface
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets customer specifications and custom quotes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Ag Engineering or related field
  • 3D modeling and design experience, even if from school projects or internships/coops
  • SolidWorks design experience highly preferred but will consider candidates with other design software
