Equipment Systems Engineer

We are currently seeking an Equipment Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing and optimizing equipment and tooling solutions that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Equipment Systems Engineer, you will:
- Assess project requirements and design innovative equipment solutions tailored to our operational needs.
- Engage in collaborative design reviews, exploring the integration of advanced technologies and automation to enhance productivity.
- Create comprehensive statements of work that outline specifications and requirements for equipment development.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency, maintaining the highest quality in all engineering practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support for engineering modifications and resolve discrepancies through data analysis.
- Coordinate training initiatives for operational and maintenance teams to ensure effective use of equipment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing processes and a strong understanding of production environments.
- Proficiency in design software and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
