Program Overview:
The Summer Analyst Program at Rockefeller Capital Management offers a unique experience within a distinguished independent financial advisory firm. Our diverse business lines, boutique nature, and entrepreneurial environment create a dynamic and personalized experience for our Analysts.
This ten-week internship program (June-August) immerses Summer Analysts in the daily operations of the firm, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria:
Students projected to graduate in 2026 and in good academic standing are eligible for consideration. Candidates should possess a keen interest in the financial services sector and a desire to learn and contribute meaningfully.
Position Overview:
The Investment Solutions Team at Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Summer Analyst to assist in their operations. The selected candidate will gain insights into the array of products available on our Rockefeller Global Family Office platform, which includes access to top-tier managers and strategies across capital markets, structured products, and alternative investments.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and prepare various metrics related to the banking and lending product suite.
- Assist in managing the pipeline of incoming lending requests from Private Advisors.
- Collaborate with various departments within Rockefeller to coordinate operational aspects of the banking and lending platform.
- Support the transition process for incoming Private Advisor teams by evaluating securities-based lending requests from other firms.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Previous internship experience in the financial sector, particularly in wealth or asset management, is advantageous.
Skills:
- Fundamental understanding of investments and portfolio reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Word, Access, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $38/hour, subject to variations based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
