About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Missile Integration Specialist to join our team at Raytheon's Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and support to suppliers of two key missile subassemblies, as well as supporting the integration and verification of missile subassemblies, including test planning and execution in the test facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and oversight to suppliers of missile subassemblies
  • Support the integration and verification of missile subassemblies, including test planning and execution
  • Review and compile integration and verification documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports
  • Plan and support test beds needed for system level integration and test of missile sub-assemblies
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues with integration and verification
  • Compile, summarize, and present data analysis to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior experience
  • Experience with integration and/or test
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with the operations and maintenance of the Patriot system
  • Experience with developing simulation scenarios to evaluate system performance
  • Experience analyzing large sets of system performance data using data analysis tools
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
  • Experience generating technical documentation in support of requirements integration and verification
