Andover, Massachusetts, United States RTX Full time
Job Summary:

This role will be a focused process improvement specialist to support the NSPA Patriot Missile Program. It will combine the responsibilities of a Program Supplier Quality Manager and Fielded Supplier Quality Engineer with a primary focus on process and product improvement for materials that will be shipped or drop shipped as RTX furnished material to our customer's Certified Round Assembly Facility (CRAF) in Germany. The role requires the ability to work successfully within integrated teams to analyze, control, and execute actions which predict risks and prevents risks from being realized. This position works to improve product quality by systemically analyzing and validating measurement system capability for accuracy, repeatability, reproducibility, and stability over time; analyzing product performance using statistical methods to understand root cause, identify significant variances to predicted/targeted values; and translating, analyzing, and prioritizing customer needs and company policy and objectives into quality performance standards. This effort will help facilitate a supplier move and supporting lessons learned for supplier transition to Europe. This will require some supplier quality engineering support. SQE provides both communication of requirements and performance feedback to the supplier as well as being a conduit for Quality information across other Raytheon teams.
