Clean Harbors is a leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services. We are seeking a Field Services Specialist to join our team.

This role will be active in the field, responsible for the performance of tasks associated with hazardous waste clean-up, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials, with little or no supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate light and heavy equipment, handle various hand tools, and powered industrial tools.
  • Work in various temperatures, indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.
  • Wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Assist in field sampling activities and calibration of meters.
  • Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Safe loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
  • Complete associated paperwork, such as worksheets, vehicle inspections, equipment inspections, and permits.
  • Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations and rules.
