Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Swedish Match North America LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all sales and operational functions within a designated geography.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and service Swedish Match's products in retail stores within the assigned geography.
  • Gain new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products, ensuring freshness on all products in assigned stores.
  • Utilize data to develop fact-based presentations for customers and follow our call process.
  • Handle all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point of sale materials.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions.
  • Critical thinking, demonstrating the ability to think and act in selling situations.
  • Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan.
  • Planning skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize activities to achieve results.
  • Microsoft Office and business math skills.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required. Some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales is preferred.

Additional Information:
  • The candidate must live within the geographical assignment.
  • Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work, and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities.
  • Upon hire, if deemed ineligible for a corporate credit card, the candidate will be responsible for paying for travel costs incurred to meet job obligations.

The starting salary range for this position is between $59,200 - $78,900. This position is eligible to receive an annual incentive based on regional performance.
