As an Internal Wealth Specialist, you will be instrumental in devising tailored investment strategies for our clientele. Your drive is fueled by establishing objectives and evaluating your achievements against them. You will work closely with external wholesalers and financial advisors to uncover new avenues for our diverse investment offerings. Together, you will strategize and implement essential territory management.
Your expertise lies in distilling complex information and presenting it clearly. Through personalized outreach, you will initiate sales conversations and deliver persuasive solutions to advocate for American Funds.
Capital Group seeks individuals like you.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in presenting sales concepts both in person and via phone.
- You are results-driven and have successfully developed and executed business strategies.
- Collaboration is key; you excel in team environments and work effectively with others to achieve collective goals.
- Experience in the financial sector is essential, along with a commitment to staying informed about market trends.
- Possession of Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or alternatively Series 63 and 65) is necessary.
- Preferred candidates will have over a year of experience as an internal wholesaler.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, along with eligibility for individual performance bonuses and a company-wide profitability bonus. Additionally, Capital Group contributes 15% of your eligible earnings to a retirement plan.
