About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Framatome GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's strategic, marketing and business development activities for products, clients and/or services for the assigned product line/portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and/or marketing strategies to meet customer needs and generate new business.
  • Closely work with customers to understand their requirements and propose product applications and solutions that meet their needs.
  • Make presentations to customers and negotiate contract scope and conditions.
  • Manage estimates, actively engage in proposal development, and facilitate contract amendments to ensure each deal meets the targeted level of profit margin.
  • Utilize SPEAK (appointment with clients, reporting, presentation, opportunity follow up, information sharing with management and product manager) to effectively manage opportunities from cradle to grave.
  • Recommend process changes to improve health and/or productivity of the team.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 - $111,000, annual incentives, performance bonuses, and a broad employee benefits portfolio. Our benefits include multiple medical plans, dental and vision plans, life and accidental death and dismemberment, long- and short-term disability, and more.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a BS in Engineering, Science, or Business or comparable experience in lieu of degree. You should also have at least 5 years of experience in a related role and be ready to join Framatome and help deliver clean, safe energy and advance nuclear technology.

You will also need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with PC-based applications such as MS Office, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
