Branch Director

This is a leadership role that requires a strong background in sales, service, and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, developing and executing business strategies, and leading a team of sales and service professionals.

• Drive branch sales, service, and operational excellence performance results through effective leadership and coaching.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of retail banking experience, with a minimum of one year in a sales or management role.
• Possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to exercise sound business judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
