Responsibilities:- Process and qualify new leads to ensure a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Schedule appointments for leads and gather all necessary information to effectively present our services.
- Assist attorneys in opening cases and assemble introductory packets for potential clients.
- Represent the Heuser & Heuser brand and sell our services to potential clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and Zoom conferences.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new clients to meet their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Follow up with warm leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Create detailed reports surrounding client accidents, injuries, and other necessary details provided by the client.
- Communicate clearly between various levels of the organization, from reception to attorney.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within a service industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal team interactions and external client communications.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing, and other platforms integral to our business operations.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills to thrive in our high-energy, results-driven environment.
- While not required, being bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is highly preferred to effectively cater to our diverse community.
$18 - $22 hourly
