We are seeking a highly skilled Infusion Intake Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for communicating with patients to obtain necessary information, investigating and verifying benefits, and facilitating appeals processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with patients to obtain information required to process prescriptions, refills, and benefits.
  • Investigate and verify benefits for pharmacy and medical third-party claims.
  • Facilitate appeals processes between patients, physicians, and insurance companies.
  • Ensure all clinical information and documentation are obtained prior to appeal submission.
  • Track and report service issues arising from requests for authorizations, financial assistance, or other issues that delay service.
  • Complete assessments mandated by manufacturer contracts or operations and facilitate patient enrollment with manufacturer Hubs when required.
  • Provide information regarding assistance programs and community resources to patients in need of financial assistance.
Requirements:
  • Highly skilled clinical team focused on personalized injection and infusion treatment plans.
  • Continuation of care with a nurse practitioner who knows the patient's case.
  • Comfortable waiting room with little to no wait time.
  • Private temperature-controlled treatment rooms with recliners, TVs, WiFi, and refreshments.
