Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager II to join our team at SCI Shared Resources LLC. As a Sales Manager II, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales quotas, increase market share, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management and Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Quotas: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas, increasing market share and customer base.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that sales counselors follow company policies and procedures, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Expense Management: Review and approve all discounts offered to customers, and prepare reports to demonstrate compliance with financial controls.
  • Operations Support: Maintain all marketing materials, training manuals, sales equipment, and other sales supplies, and ensure that sales programs, incentives, and awards conform to company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Sales experience required, sales counselor and sales supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licenses: Valid state/province driver's license with good driving record, insurance license as required by state/province law.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of Windows-based PC environment and MS office applications, knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems a plus.
Compensation

$89,800 to $149,500 earnings potential.
