Job Description

Packsize, LLC is redefining the way businesses use and experience packaging around the world. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service by installing, configuring, and maintaining Packsize equipment solutions onsite at customers' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule tasks efficiently at customer job sites
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively using technical drawings and documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed
  • Continuously learn about customer operational processes, packaging designs, and technical specifications
  • Install Packsize solutions and train others to use and maintain them
  • Assist with basic clerical and administrative duties, including timely communication with Packsize personnel and customers
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols related to exposed moving parts and electricity
Requirements:
  • Customer service focus
  • Knowledge of Windows platforms
  • Effective use of hand tools
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic Microsoft or Google Suite experience (Excel, Word, Sheets, Docs)
  • Associates Degree, Vocational Training, or equivalent experience
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 USD, based on location and experience. You will also enjoy opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and innovative company culture.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Will frequently move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time
  • Must be able to move about inside and outside of equipment, warehouse, and office space
  • Will frequently operate hand and power tools, computers, and other office equipment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
