We are seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to join our team at Applied Materials. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of customer engineers.

Job Description

The Field Service Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships with all relevant individuals in their district at all times, at all levels. They will perform regular customer visits, manage, coach and direct all customer engineers in their district, and be responsible for salary planning, career planning, corrective actions where necessary, establishing objectives and performance appraisals.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing & wafer fab equipment (operational & service experience), and be able to analyze situations or data to determine appropriate action. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to provide direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree, 4-7 years of experience, and proficiency in languages such as English. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with travel (20% of the time).

The estimated salary range for this role is $92,000.00 - $126,500.00, which includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonus and stock awards.

Requirements
