About the RoleQuench is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Field Service Operations Manager in our Seattle Market. This key position will assist the Regional Service Director and be responsible for customer management, installations, and providing guidance to Field Service Technicians.

The ideal candidate will possess superior customer management skills, plumbing expertise, and experience with route-based field work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Field Service Technicians and oversee their training
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Conduct technical site surveys and inspections as needed, utilizing plumbing and drainage knowledge
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, paperwork, and correspondence
  • Support the Regional Service Director with new hires, administrative tasks, and onboarding processes
  • Serve as a substitute for other Field Service Managers or act in the capacity of the Regional Service Director when necessary
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in a route-based environment
  • Current Plumbing License for Washington State
  • Vocational technical school diploma/certification
  • Experience working with water filtration, water coolers, ice production equipment, coffee and tea dispensing units
  • Prior management experience, route-based preferred
  • OSHA 10-hour certified or be OSHA trained within 3 months of employment
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A valid current driver's license in good standing
  • A clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.

Please note that overnight travel may be required for this position.
