We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at LTE Staffing. As a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services, we deliver comprehensive MEP design services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

As a Mechanical Engineer with us, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborating with project teams and conducting site visits. You will be responsible for designing and engineering HVAC systems for commercial, healthcare, education, data center, or military projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with a Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain within 6 months. A minimum of 4+ years of U.S. experience in mechanical engineering is required, with a focus on HVAC system design using software such as Revit MEP, AutoCAD, or Carrier HAP.

Our ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building codes, energy efficiency standards, and industry best practices. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment are also essential. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
