Job Overview

The Director, Worldwide Partner Programs, Global System Integrators will oversee the development, delivery, and day-to-day execution of our Global Innovator Path. This role is responsible for optimizing global system integrator engagement and driving growth with innovative incentives and flexible processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Programs - Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of partner program initiatives for global system integrators ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
  • Team Leadership - Manage and mentor a worldwide team of program managers, providing guidance, setting priorities, and driving execution against key goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with sales, operations, and IT to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables for strategic initiatives
  • Program Efficiency and Scale - Develop and monitor KPIs for partner performance (bookings, pipeline, new customer acquisition) while optimizing processes and automating systems to deliver a seamless partner experience
  • Partner Enablement - Drive internal and external enablement initiatives, ensuring partners and field teams are fully equipped to leverage and promote the program's offerings
  • Content and Communication Management - Oversee the creation and distribution of key program materials (guides, presentations, infographics) while collaborating with the Partner Experience team to maintain up-to-date resources
  • Governance and Compliance - Ensure adherence to program requirements, collaborating with sales operations and compliance teams to maintain best practices and program integrity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner, channel, or sales program experience
  • Experience managing and leading worldwide teams
  • In-depth knowledge of channel go-to-market strategies, with experience working with global systems integrators
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate to drive results
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization to deliver results
  • Ability to travel as required
