NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to develop and implement our Microsoft GSI co-sell strategy. The successful candidate will partner with our GSI Client Managers to drive Microsoft attach rates and develop solutions powered by NVIDIA running on Microsoft Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product teams, marketing teams, and client managers to define and implement the strategy for influencing NVIDIA's full stack in Microsoft practices of GSI partners
- Work with GSI Partner Business Managers to prioritize Microsoft and NVIDIA joint solutions
- Secure sponsorship within Microsoft Azure COEs within selected GSIs
- Contribute to business goals, track and report progress, and work on joint GTM plans
- Develop enablement plans to improve the developer base at GSIs on GPU-accelerated computing running on Microsoft Azure
- Act as an extension of the sales teams to evangelize NVIDIA on Microsoft to core sales teams at GSIs
- Act as a Microsoft and GSI subject matter expert to our product groups
Requirements:
- 12+ years of proven success in partner alliance management with a systems integrator, with deep knowledge of Microsoft go-to-market and partner programs
- High energy, effective communication, and written skills
- Experience and flair in addressing senior leaders and large audiences
- Proactive, creative, flexible, and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision
- Familiarity with modern computing techniques and the ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve the needs of demanding technology companies
- Ability to connect with all team members successfully and effectively at any level
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability, highly motivated, driven, daring, and attracted to a substantial opportunity
- Comfortable defining and implementing complex program schedules with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and deliverables
- Consistent track record of handling multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones
- Specific experience at a GSI partner or at one of hyperscale cloud partners
- Experience developing new joint offerings and go-to-market with Microsoft Azure and ISVs

Compensation:
The cash compensation range is $196,000 USD - $345,000 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
