Role Responsibilities:

The Breakfast Host is responsible for warmly welcoming guests as they arrive for breakfast and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role involves guiding guests through the breakfast offerings and maintaining a clean and well-stocked breakfast area. The ideal candidate will embody our philosophy of teamwork and innovation, contributing to our mission of being a leading hotel company.

Key Duties Include:

  • Promoting and participating in internal growth initiatives.
  • Consistently demonstrating our company culture.
  • Meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.
  • Completing all mandatory brand-specific training.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Providing personalized and friendly service to every guest.
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of food and supplies.
  • Preparing food items in accordance with guest occupancy levels.
  • Setting up the breakfast service area daily to meet brand standards.
  • Clearing and cleaning tables promptly during breakfast hours.
  • Responding swiftly to spills and accidents in the dining area.
  • Washing and properly storing all serving equipment.
  • Keeping the pantry and breakfast storage areas clean and sanitary.
  • Staying informed about local events and attractions for guest recommendations.
  • Having comprehensive knowledge of hotel policies, services, and amenities.
