Job Summary

The UPS Store Tiburon #3701 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating various equipment and devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
  • Take ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offer viable solutions, providing expert advice on our array of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends, continuously learning and improving your knowledge and skills.
  • Operate equipment and devices in an expert fashion, ensuring that all equipment is used safely and efficiently, and be willing to teach others.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that the store is always tidy and well-maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the team and contributing to the success of the store.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
  • Outstanding phone skills and strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible, with the ability to lift 40+ pounds.
