Bakery Sales Associate

Woodlands Market, a premier gourmet grocery store, is seeking a skilled Bakery Clerk/Barista to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bakery case, and preparing high-quality bakery products.

• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases.
• Maintain the bakery case, ensuring products are stocked, faced, and visually appealing.
• Prepare bakery products, adhering to quality assurance standards and consistency.
• Perform basic bakery duties, including baking, cutting, and decorating.
• Maintain a positive and friendly customer service orientation.
• Adhere to sanitation protocols and observe all opening and closing procedures.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
• Able to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to lift objects up to 20 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
