Head Clerk

Woodlands Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our front-end operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of cashiers and baggers.

• Oversee and authorize customer returns, exchanges, and merchandise credits.
• Coordinate front-end service coverage for cashiers and baggers.
• Perform cashier and bagging duties as needed.
• Assist in training new cashiers and baggers.
• Prepare daily deposits and change.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage store operations in the absence of the Store or Assistant Store Manager.
