Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a meaningful role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues.
  • Sales Floor Support: Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager.
  • Pharmacy Support: Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Age: At least 16 years old.
  • Physical Requirements: Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time; lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
