Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire loan or pawn process by informing consumers and making tailored recommendations based on their financial circumstances.

Assist with customer account management by processing payments, overseeing, and coordinating customer appointments.

Achieve performance metrics set by the Company by utilizing business-to-business partnership opportunities, securing referrals, and engaging in community events.

Build and nurture customer relationships to generate new business, sustain store profitability, and enhance brand loyalty and recognition.

Conduct accurate vehicle appraisals using the designated assessment tools.

Input and maintain customer data in the Point-of-Sale system with precision and integrity.

Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Utilize your personal vehicle for bank deposits and other Company-related tasks during the workday.

Adapt efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively to meet both individual and team performance goals.

Employ strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with customers and Team Members at all levels.

Availability for a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, is essential for this role. A full-time schedule entails a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during work hours (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
  • A background check is required (in accordance with applicable law).
  • Physical demands for this position may include: remaining stationary, moving within and outside the store, lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate degree or higher is advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus and may be necessary for specific locations.
