Location: Dallas, TX
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; temporary assignment.
Compensation: $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, assess, and maintain personnel documentation.
- The HR Specialist will provide administrative support to HR leadership, overseeing personnel records and assisting with various HR functions under general supervision. Responsibilities may include talent acquisition, compensation management, benefits administration, employee engagement, training and development, employee relations, policy formulation, and compliance.
- Conduct daily operations in HR areas such as recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and workplace safety.
- Support the coordination of HR initiatives, employee committees, and related activities as required.
- Contribute to enhancing workplace relationships, boosting morale, and improving productivity and retention within the organization.
- Assist in formulating departmental goals, objectives, and policies, and may support other departments in evaluating personnel-related reports and decisions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an office setting, ideally in an administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient writing skills with attention to spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
