Job Title: Experienced Office Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and manage our tax services team. The ideal candidate will have strong office management and leadership experience, as well as knowledge of tax laws and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office procedures and create weekly schedules
  • Train seasonal employees and deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent client services
  • Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns
  • Maintain documents according to IRS regulations and ethical guidelines
  • Maintain the highest standard of sensitivity when handling client information

Requirements:

  • Strong office management and/or leadership experience, preferred
  • 2yrs work experience in tax preparation, required
  • Knowledge of tax laws and tax compliance
  • Exceptional client service with the ability to maintain and develop client relationships
  • PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required

Work Environment:

Full-time, Part-time

$15.00 per hour
