As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital member of our branch team, working closely with our financial advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year
  • Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events
  • Actively listen for situations that may indicate a need for additional services

We offer a comprehensive 6-month training program, including an experienced peer to mentor you, as well as a wide support network that extends from your branch office to our home office. You will have the opportunity to work independently, but with a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.
