About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruiter to join our team at The Haskell Company. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will play a critical role in sourcing and recruiting top talent to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to refine our full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing passive candidates and building a strong talent pipeline using both internal and external methods.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate selection, provide updates on requisition statuses, and support overall talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement diversity and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle from qualification to placement, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate advertising efforts across various platforms to attract candidates and maintain clear communication with applicants regarding job status and process updates.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic plans to meet business objectives.
  • Track recruitment activities and report on progress to keep hiring managers informed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and industry trends.
  • Proficiency with HR technologies, including applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred).
  • Spanish language proficiency a plus.
  • PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
