You will embody the roles of a Strategic Business Partner, Brand Ambassador, and Recruiting Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide strategic support for Hourly Recruiting, aligning workforce planning, position profiling, and sourcing strategies with business growth. Serve as an external employment market expert, offering insights on talent trends and availability in target markets, as well as the hiring practices of competitors. Partner with HR Business Partners to identify and assess internal talent against business needs and external talent availability. Ensure diverse candidate slates are presented for consideration, promoting strategic diversity initiatives throughout the recruitment process. Effectively represent WestRock to candidates by sharing compelling information about our strategic vision, capabilities, performance, and employment value proposition. Create a positive candidate experience by managing the interview and selection process, including facilitating intake sessions and post-interview debriefs. Collaborate with global teammates to share regional insights and awareness of open positions.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field. Over 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably within a Fortune 500 company; agency experience is a plus. Proven track record in managing recruitment for hourly and skilled trades positions. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement diversity-focused recruiting strategies. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of strategic business priorities and operational success drivers. Comprehensive knowledge of various HR delivery models and the ability to support critical processes. Proficient in data analysis and research synthesis to make informed strategic recommendations. Excellent facilitation, client management, and communication skills.
