Sogeclair Digital Engineering, a leading aerospace company, is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer Liaison to join our team. With over 60 years of experience and 1,400 employees across 20 locations worldwide, we specialize in design, manufacturing, integration, and certification of structures, interior components, and systems.

We are a US-based aerospace engineering service company, partnering with cutting-edge aerospace OEMs. Our team provides exciting long-term opportunities for diverse programs, including project-based services and on-site support at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret engineering documents and conduct technical investigations to develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze situations and provide timely dispositions or repairs.
  • Understand and solve problems related to structure and systems installation, providing technical support for Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Ensure conformity of repair schemes and dispositions with engineering requirements and specifications.
  • Support daily production and delivery activities.
  • Participate in projects to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in training junior Liaison Engineering personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) environment with airframe structure repairs.
  • A desire and/or capability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after on-the-job training.
  • Deep understanding of metallic and composite aircraft structures, aircraft system installation, and cabin interiors.
  • Experience dispositioning non-conformances in aerospace.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach.
  • Flexible and comfortable working under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Sound technical judgment and practical approach.
  • Catia V5 experience.

Compensation: $45 - $65 an hour
