Sogeclair Digital Engineering, a subsidiary of Sogeclair, is a leading aerospace company that specializes in design, manufacturing, integration, and certification of structures, interior components, and systems.

### Key Responsibilities

* Interpret engineering documents and conduct technical investigations to ensure the conformity of repair schemes and dispositions with engineering requirements and specifications.
* Analyze each situation and develop the most cost-effective solution (disposition/repair) in a timely manner.
* Understand and solve problems related to structure and systems installation and provide technical support in answering Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised by Quality Agents.
* Support daily production and delivery activities.
* Participate in projects that will increase our productivity, reduce waste, and improve our financial performance.
* Work closely with other teams such as Systems, Stress, Thermodynamic, Material & Processes, Propulsion, Environmental Control Systems, Logistics, Methods, Quality, and Operations to achieve the organization's business objectives.
* Assist in training of junior Liaison Engineering personnel if required.

### Requirements

* Bachelor of Engineering degree from an accredited university.
* 10 years of relevant experience in a Material Review Board (MRB) environment with airframe structure repairs.
* A desire and/or capability to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after a period of on-the-job training.
* A deep understanding of metallic and composite aircraft structures as well as aircraft system installation and cabin interiors.
* Experience dispositioning non-conformances in aerospace.
* Be a team player with a collaborative approach.
* Flexible and comfortable working under pressure with a minimum of supervision.
* Sound technical judgment and a practical approach.
* Catia V5 experience.

### Compensation

$45 - $65 an hour
