Job Description

As a key member of the Maintenance Team at Syntricate Technologies, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions to enhance process reliability, product quality, and plant-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Documentation: Consult and interpret diagrams, schematics, manuals, standards, and codes to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance.
  • Backup and Revision Management: Maintain up-to-date documentation for control systems and instrumentation, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting.
  • SCADA Device Management: Effectively manage SCADA-type devices in an industrial environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Instrumentation Installation and Maintenance: Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain control, measurement, and indicating instrumentation, including pneumatic, analog, and digital systems.
  • PLC Programming and Configuration: Configure and program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Programmable Automation Controllers (PACs) to optimize plant process control systems.
  • Project Management: Organize and manage projects for implementing changes and improvements, ensuring timely completion and effective results.
  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call support to ensure production needs are met, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Electrical and Fluid Connections: Install and terminate electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
  • Instrumentation Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test instruments and systems to diagnose faults, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Component Repair and Replacement: Remove, repair, adjust, and replace components as needed, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Calibration and Maintenance: Calibrate components and systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to design, modify, and analyze plant systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Computer-Based Control Systems: Maintain various computer-based control systems, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance programs, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

They will also demonstrate a commitment to Lean Manufacturing principles and a willingness to stay up-to-date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
